Meet the Founder
Joyce M. Guy brings more than 20 years of workforce development experience to Frank Guy Consulting.
Her background includes real field experience as an ironworker, along with years of work connected to government entities, job policies, employers, community organizations, and training programs. That combination gives her a practical understanding of what workers need, what employers expect, and what organizations must have in place to create successful workforce outcomes.
